This was mentioned in This Week in Google #22 as something referenced by Jonathan Rosenberg (Google Senior VP of Product Management) in his recent letter to the troops about "The Meaning of Open."  As our center continues to explore new business models, this sounds like a good addition to the reading list.  Surprised to see it was published in 1998!
